Another (easy!) idea to use for design instead of stencils – you can take "lace" placemats or dollies (sp?) and use spray glue to hold them in place, then spray paint the desired color. You then removed the "lace" and end up with painted lace. You can even use real lace fabric…..you’ll just have to throw the material away afterwards.
